You've used excuse #258, #440, and #197.... I know them all.... It's NONE of those! You were on that boat again! Thought you'd win this time for sure didn't you? Well, you didn't..... and you didn't win the Lottery either! Here! I have something for you... it's my 5-day notice. Either pay up or pack up - your choice... there will be no next time! And for everyone else who wants to keep their apartment..... GET OFF THAT BOAT WITH MY RENT MONEY!
