Before land materialized, it was first "in the SPIRIT" prior to being "spoken into existence." This is true with anything.... it has to be conceived, before the birthing.
The "land" was placed here in it's manifested state prior to man's arrival, and purposed for man's future habitation. As REALTORS, we have a responsibility to keep it real with clients seeking the home designated for them. We have the privilege of being able to assist in ushering them to their piece of "heaven on earth!" What an arduous task ahead for us! How can this be done successfully? For the answer, let us go to Our Creator of the land...... the FIRST Realtor!
In the beginning, GOD "spoke" saying, "let the DRY LAND appear"..... and it did! GOD did not "SEE" the land first! The land appeared after the land "heard" a voice of authority say it was supposed to be land!! How can this be? It is this way because it is the ORDER of GOD..... it has NOT changed .... even though we may have.
God passed a portion of HIS authority over to man, assigning him to reign over HIS earth.... to subdue, replenish, and have dominion over it. GOD also put man in charge of HIS works.... presenting HIS creation before him to see what MAN WOULD CALL IT! UH OH! What does this have to do with Real Estate? Everything!
It's HIS land, and HIS desire that you have it! It originates from where HE abides..... in the SPIRIT! It's delivered unto those that go seeking HIM! Their mouths speak..... causing manifestations upon the earth. This is the order. Are the houses and land that specifically belong to you hiding from your grasp because you have not known what belonged to you first in the spirit? Are you spending too much time chasing whims? Spinning wheels? Hitting and missing? Find your houses and land in the SPIRIT first.... or find a Realtor who can!
